CONSULTATIONS

Where are consultations held?

All consultations are held online via Zoom or Telehealth.  If you are unable to attend via video consult then a phone consultation can be arranged.

Online consultations are superior to telephone consultations as visual body language is important for me to provide you with the most beneficial treatment plan. 

In the case of acute illness,  online consultations can help you achieve your health goals in a convenient and time saving manner without having to leave home.

PATHOLOGY TESTING

At times it is necessary to order a variety of pathology tests to allow me to gain the necessary data to create an informed treatment plan for you. I endeavour to keep testing to a minimum to ensure you are not spending money you don't need to, however, at times it is unavoidable. 

Tests can be conducted locally if required, and the results sent through to me. There are testing facilities for most blood tests located in most towns and cities. Other tests may be able to be ordered online and performed by you within your home.

I will determine what testing, if any, is required and discuss the best plan forward with you.

SUPPLEMENTS

Your personalised foundational health program will involve Lifestyle Recommendations, Dietary Guidelines, and Nutritional Supplement Prescriptions. Your supplement prescription is sent to you via email. Supplements can be ordered online and delivered directly to your door. If you are not comfortable buying supplements online from reputable companies, the supplements will be mailed to you from Sari's Natural Medicine Clinic. 

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

All consultations are booked in advance when setting up your personalised program. This helps us both to plan forward and be working from the same time frames. Should you need to change an appointment, as long as I am given 72 hours notice, the change can be made without forfeiting the program appointment. Private Health Rebates may be available - Check with your insurance company for eligibility for Nutrition benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As booking availability is in demand it is essential that you attend your consultation as booked. I have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If no cancellation is advised, unless it is deemed an emergency cancellation, this will mean you have forfeited your program appointment. You can cancel your booking by emailing me up to 72 hours prior to your booking.

In the event that I need to cancel an appointment you will receive information regarding rescheduling your appointment at the soonest possible time.

Program Refund Policy

Your program has a 7 day cooling off period. That means that within the first seven days you can change your mind about working with me and receive a refund of any monies paid. In the case where any testing or supplements have been been included in your program and have been ordered, the costs of these items will be deducted from your payment prior to issuing a refund.
