Meet Naturopath Sari Young
As a qualified Naturopath and Registered Nurse, Sari brings a down-to-earth approach coupled with her aim to empower you, creating a motivational platform for a truly therapeutic experience.
Sari began her healthcare career predominantly practicing as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for years, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She also loved working in very remote Aboriginal communities in the absence of medical doctors, paediatric wards, and a range of other nursing roles in both small and large hospitals. Over the years, Sari has conducted health and medical research for Monash University and La Trobe University, as well as serving as a Clinical Teacher, and has over twenty-five years of professional healthcare experience.
Mainstream Medicine Led To Naturopathy...
During this time, Sari faced her own health challenges that weren’t managed effectively by mainstream medicine, so she explored alternative treatments and natural therapies as a way to heal herself. This sparked Sari's passion to study natural medicine, and she became a Naturopath over a dozen years ago.

Uniquely, Sari's education encompasses mainstream nursing together with Nutritional Balancing Science, Nutritional Medicine, Naturopathy, Mineral Therapy and Western Herbal Medicine. She combines this breadth of expertise to provide practical, personalised strategies that helps clients achieve their full potential in wellness and happiness. This ensures Sari can work together with you to achieve your health goals… naturally and holistically.
Scientific And Natural Medicine Is Combined
Sari’s passion lies in helping people help themselves to achieve their potential. Scientific, evidence-based practice is combined with traditional, natural healing methods that have been proven successful over centuries. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) provides the foundation and blueprint for her patients’ treatment plans.
Married with four children, and living a holistic, happy, and healthy lifestyle, Sari is deeply committed to helping people across Australia restore balance, energy, and vitality naturally.
Because of Sari my quality of life continues to improve each week
“
I contacted Sari as I was burnt out. My first HTMA showed I was in a four lows pattern as well as being overloaded with various, heavy metals. Three months have passed since my initial test and my energy, sleep, mood and clarity of mind have improved markedly. My second test showed I was out of the four lows pattern. After experiencing such drastic changes in a short period of time, I am confident that continuation of the program will result in a return to optimal health.
During our Skype consultations Sari has been great to work with, as she is easy to get along with, caring, empathetic and a great communicator. Above all else she is very knowledgable about the program and confident in its ability to promote deep and lasting healing.
Because of Sari my quality of life continues to improve each week and I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family in the future.
Please do not hesitate to contact Sari if you are considering embarking upon the nutritional balancing program. You will not regret it!
