About Naturopath Sari

Meet Sari Young

As a Registered Nurse and qualified Naturopath, Sari brings her down-to-earth approach coupled with her aim to empower you, to provide a motivational platform for a truly therapeutic experience.

Sari began her health care career practicing predominantly as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse which she loved. She also thoroughly enjoyed working in very remote Aboriginal communities in the absence of medical doctors; paediatric nursing; and a range of other nursing in both small and large hospitals.

Sari has conducted health research for both Monash University and La Trobe University for a number of years, therefore she has over twenty years experience as a healthcare professional.

Having had her own health challenges that weren't being managed well by mainstream medicine, Sari began her journey of looking at alternative and natural therapies as a way to heal herself. This sparked a passion in Sari to study natural medicine and become a natural therapies practitioner full time.

Sari's education encompasses mainstream nursing together with Nutritional Balancing Science, Nutritional Medicine, Mineral Therapy, Western Herbal Medicine and Homeopathy. She blends her knowledge and experience from both mainstream medicine, and natural medicine to help you achieve your potential in wellness and happiness. Sari can work together with you to achieve your health potential and goals... naturally and holistically.

Sari's passion lies in helping people help themselves to achieve their own potential. Scientific, evidence-based practice, is combined with traditional, natural healing methods that have been proven successful over centuries.

Married with four children, and living a holistic, happy, and healthy lifestyle, Sari is passionate about health and deeply committed to helping people achieve their health potential and lifestyle goals.

Because of Sari my quality of life continues to improve each week

I contacted Sari as I was burnt out. My first HTMA showed I was in a four lows pattern as well as being overloaded with various, heavy metals. Three months have passed since my initial test and my energy, sleep, mood and clarity of mind have improved markedly. My second test showed I was out of the four lows pattern. After experiencing such drastic changes in a short period of time, I am confident that continuation of the program will result in a return to optimal health.

During our Skype consultations Sari has been great to work with, as she is easy to get along with, caring, empathetic and a great communicator. Above all else she is very knowledgable about the program and confident in its ability to promote deep and lasting healing.

Because of Sari my quality of life continues to improve each week and I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family in the future.

Please do not hesitate to contact Sari if you are considering embarking upon the nutritional balancing program. You will not regret it!
